All references to brand
name or registred trade mark are for
identification purposes only. All brand
showed in that websiteare the registered
trademarks of their respective companies.
Luxury Brand Italy would like
to thank all our customers for the rapid growth of our
business. We therefore have implemented new terms and conditions
in order to process your orders more efficiently, and provide
you with the best assistance.
We would like to inform our customers that prices are
subject to an increase of 5% to 10%. Although we try to
offer the best prices possible, we cannot avoid to charge
part of the costs related to the increase of fuel charges,
the whole international market is subject to. Therefore,
please be advised that prices may vary depending on the
increase of fuel charges.
Please take your time to read the new terms and conditions
section before placing your order.
Minimum Quantity
Required only where shown.
Luxury Brand kindly request customers to respect the minimum
quantity for each color and style as shown on stock list.
Orders that do not meet those requirements will not be
processed. Customers, who need a different quantity from
that specified on our stock list, are requested to contact us at info@luxurybrand.net before
placing the order.
Quantity of products available on stock list
Luxury Brand tries to meet all customers requests, however,
we adopt the policy “first come, first serve”.
Therefore, the available quantity of some products may
differ from what specified on our stock list due to the
amount of requests previously received. Please be advised
that some stocks may not be available by the time an
order is placed. In case any of the above situations
occur, we will promptly inform our customers in order
to help them revising their orders.
Trial orders
Customers interested in viewing our products before the
purchase, should be informed that they will be charged
the full costs of items and shipping and handling.

Authenticity of products
We would like to inform our customers that although
we are aware that the market is flooded with well made
replicas, Luxury Brand guarantees the authenticity of their
products.
Customers are entitled to ask the brand company in their
country for a certificate of authenticity. In the remote
case customers If the goods are fake which never happens,
ship them back to us and we will send you a refund by the
original method of payment.
Order Form
The Order Form must be completed in all its part and sent
back to Luxury Brand by fax or email.
Customers are responsible for all the information provided.
We ask all our customers to pay particular attention to
the following fields:
- Correct business address and/or name;
- ID or Social Security numbers are required for US
customers (in case you cannot provide the following information,
please input your email address and phone no. in order
to be contacted by UPS or FedEx);
- Email address, phone no., Vat/ID Code: where applicable;
- Choose currency (USD for Us customers only);
- Item no., color, quantity, and prices of products;
- Mark your choice of Payment;
- In case customers prefer to use their own courier,
the name of the carrier the account no. must be indicated.
Claim for defective products
Customers are requested to inspect all items within 3 business
days from receipt, as Luxury Brand is not responsible
for any damage occurred after this period of time. Please
report any damage to us by email info@luxurybrand.net including
detailed pictures of the defective/damaged product.
Luxury Brand does not accept claims concerning the
following reasons:
A. Ordering the wrong color;
B. Ordering the wrong size - sizes of products are specified
on the stock list, customers are advised to check sizes
carefully before placing your order. Size of items is shown
in cm.
Refund of defective products
After Luxury Brand will confirm the receipt of claim, customers
are requested to send back the defective product. The refund
will occur by the original method of payment.

Refund policy
- Luxury Brand does not refund the costs related to
shipping and handling;
- Customers are also in charge of the costs concerning
the return of products;
- All products must be returned in their original conditions.
If any removable parts, labels etc. are missing, Luxury
Brand will be unable to process your request and the
product will be returned to you.
- Products must be returned to the origin specified
by Luxury Brand;
- Shipment and handling of returned products must be
taken care by a tracking service such as an express courier;
- Customers are responsible for any problems related
to the shipping of returned products, i.e. custom charges,
damages etc.;
- An invoice specifying the reason for the return of
products must be included, as Luxury Brand is not allowed
to import goods.
- Luxury Brand does not refund import duties applicable
in customers’ countries.
Luxury Brand authorizes and processes the reimbursement,
once the products are inspected and their good condition
validated.
All refunds are processed by the original payment method
received.
Shipping and handling Terms
The costs of delivery and custom duties are charged to
the customers. All items are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
In case customers use their own courier service, Luxury
Brand applies a 5% discount on the products’ value.
All items will be shipped after the receipt of payment
and delivered in 3 to 7 days, depending on the type of
service chosen by the customer (Express or Standard).
Customers are asked to note that delivery may be subject
to a 2-3 days delay during holiday seasons.
Customers are required to accurately fill in the order
form, in order to avoid any consequent delay in processing
the order. Customers should be advised that Luxury Brand
is not responsible for the following problems concerning
the delivery:
- incomplete or wrong address;
- wrong name of the consignee;
- incorrect tax ID;
- absence of consignee with related delay in delivery
or loss/theft of unattended package when delivered.
Shipping and handling Costs
The prices mentioned below refer to minimum orders.
For larger orders, Customers are asked to contact Luxury
Brand for quotations.
We remind our Customers that shipping and handling prices
do not include custom duties and/or taxes applicable in
their countries, as per the following FOB conditions:
As mentioned in our shipping and handling terms’ section,
in case customers use their own courier service, Luxury
Brand applies a 5% discount on the products’ value.
Europe
For any amount up to Euro 1000.00, the shipping cost
is fixed at Euro 150.00. For orders above Euro 2000.00,
the shipping cost is 5% of the order.
USA
For any order up to USD 1000.00
the shipping cost is fixed at
USD 180.00. For orders above
USD 2000.00, the
shipping cost is 6.5% of the order.
Australia
For any order up to Euro 1000.00,
the shipping cost is fixed at
Euro 200.00. For orders above
Euro 2000.00,
the shipping cost is 10% of the order.
All other countries
For any order up to Euro 1000.00, the shipping cost is
fixed at Euro 150.00. For orders above Euro 2000.00,
the shipping cost is 7.5% of the order.
These Terms and Conditions apply until further notice.
For any controversy we are referred to the Italian
Court and EEC regulations.
