Our mission is to satisfy customers. A happy customer
is a good customer.
Since 1989 we work to do that: to export our goods and
offering a very good customer service for pre-purchasing
transactions, after-selling problems and operations.
Luxury leather products are easy to market because of
their very well known name-brand designers, but, as all
top brands’ leather products are hand-made, they
may be subject to small imperfections, as every item is
a unique piece by definition.
For this reason and in order to satisfy our most exigent
customers, we offer the most attentive Quality
Control and accurate Top Packing:
- The personnel at our warehouse is in charge of controlling
the quality requirements of each single leather product.
The overall appearance, seams, imperfections, scratches,
etc.: every little detail is checked to offer you only
the top quality items.
- Packing is the second important service we provide.
Leather products must be well protected, in order to
avoid any damage during the shipment. All our products
are wrapped in poly bags and all metal parts protected
by special plastic or paper. Our packages are stiff and
sealed. A salt envelope is present inside of each package
to protect the leather from humidity and to make sure
it stays in perfect conditions during the transport.
